EXHIBITION AT THE BIBLIOTECA ALFREDO ORIANI
I had the pleasure of taking part in the annual exhibition dedicated to the face of Dante, held in Ravenna at the Biblioteca Alfredo Oriani, next to the poet’s tomb. The exhibition opens on May 30, 2026.
THE ARTWORK
For this occasion I made a paper-cut illustration as a tunnel book, set within Dante’s face, where different layers create depth and a sense of going through the image.
The piece, titled Attraverso, reflects this idea of crossing: shades of blue build the space, while Dante’s silhouette stands out in red.
