BASE MILANO 10th ANNIVERSARY
For the BASE Milano 10th anniversary, I made a paper collage around the theme The Future Is an Invisible Playground.
In tennis, deuce is the moment when the score resets and everything can start again — not a defeat, not a victory, just a threshold. It felt like the right image for the future: not a direction, but a space that reopens.
The collage is built around a tear. On one side, the field we know — measured, closed. On the other, the lines lose their certainty, the balls multiply, the net stops dividing.
From a distance it almost looks digital. Up close you can see the hand-cut edges and the torn paper. You have to get closer to understand it's made of physical gestures, one by one. Selected among the top 10 entries.
